Spotted Horse offers a 30-day* money back or replacement guarantee on all products.  If you are not satified with your item(s), you can return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you an refund.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Defective items can be returned for replacement.  If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Product(s) must be returned with all original packaging, manuals and accessories.  Any product that has been phyically altered or tampered, in any way, is ineligible for a refund or replacement.  All returns must be received within the 30-day period in order to be processed.  Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the merchandise.  Spotted Horse LLC covers shipping charges for replacements.  Spotted Horse LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged mail when returning merchandise.  Media (CD, DVD, Blu-Ray, Software, Video Games, etc.) must be returned in unopened/sealed condition to qualify for money back guarantee.  Opened/unsealed Media can be exchanged for same item ONLY.  Consumable products (for instance, disc repair supplies) must be returned unused to qualify for money back guarantee.
