Muddle mint with lime and syrup. Add rum, pour over crushed ice, top with soda. Garnish with mint sprig.

- Ginger beer
- Angostura bitters
- Fresh lime wedge
- Ice
Build over ice in a highball glass. Add rum, a dash of bitters, top with ginger beer. Squeeze in lime. Stir gently.
Ruby Breeze
Fruity · Light- 45ml Spotted Horse Gold Rum
- Cranberry juice
- Fresh orange juice
- Grenadine
- Ice · Orange slice
Combine rum with juices over ice. Add a dash of grenadine for colour. Garnish with orange slice. Serve tall.
